Keep it clean: Wipe with a soft cloth; use a soft toothbrush with water only. Avoid chemicals.
Store properly: Keep your watch in a cool, dry place. Use a watch box or roll. Avoid heat and sunlight.
Service regularly: Follow brand recommendations for maintenance to keep accuracy and performance.
Wind it: Wear or wind mechanical/automatic watches regularly; use a watch winder if needed.
Be gentle: Avoid shocks, drops, and rough activities — remove your watch when active.
Professional cleaning: A polish can restore shine and remove scratches.
Know water resistance:
• 30m: Splashes only
• 50m: Showering/light swimming
• 100m: Swimming/snorkeling
• 200m: Recreational scuba
• 500m+: Professional diving
Don’t press buttons underwater unless the watch is built for it.

Express Shipping: Orders placed by 2 PM ship within 48 hours (subject to availability).
Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $75. All orders require 48 hours processing and deliver in 2–7 days.
Local Pickup: Available Tuesday–Friday, 10 AM–2 PM. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Please call or email to arrange pickup.

If you’re not fully satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in original condition. All returns require approval and a Return Authorization number. A restocking fee may apply.
