• Store it properly. A cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Service it regularly. Ask us how often your piece should be serviced.
• Wind it. Wear or wind an automatic watch regularly, or use a winder.
• Be gentle. Avoid shocks and impacts. Remove your watch during physical activity.

Water resistance: 30 m splashes only, 50 m showering and light swimming, 100 m swimming and snorkelling, 200 m recreational diving, 500 m professional diving. Never operate the crown or pushers underwater.

Express shipping. Orders placed by 2 pm on delivery days ship within 48 hours, subject to availability.

Standard shipping. Free delivery on orders over $75. Orders require 48 hours processing and arrive within 2 to 7 days.

Local pickup. Tuesday to Friday, 10 am to 2 pm. We email you when your order is ready.

All packages require a signature. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns. Returns are accepted in original condition up to 14 days after delivery. All returns require approval and a Return Authorization number. A restocking fee may apply.
