Store it properly. A cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
Service it regularly. Ask us how often your piece should be serviced.
Wind it. Wear or wind an automatic watch regularly, or use a winder.
Be gentle. Avoid shocks and impacts. Remove your watch during physical activity.

Water resistance: 30 m splashes only, 50 m showering and light swimming, 100 m swimming and snorkelling, 200 m recreational diving, 500 m professional diving. Never operate the crown or pushers underwater.

Shipping & returns

Express shipping. Orders placed by 2 pm on delivery days ship within 48 hours, subject to availability.

Standard shipping. Free delivery on orders over $75. Orders require 48 hours processing and arrive within 2 to 7 days.

Local pickup. Tuesday to Friday, 10 am to 2 pm. We email you when your order is ready.

All packages require a signature. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns. Returns are accepted in original condition up to 14 days after delivery. All returns require approval and a Return Authorization number. A restocking fee may apply.
